The application window for Cohorts 3 and 4 of the Topol Digital Fellowships is open from 8 November until 6 December 2021.

The Topol Programme for Digital Fellowships in Healthcare provides health professionals with time, support and training to lead digital health transformations and innovations in their organisations.

The Topol Digital Fellowship is designed to equip fellows with new skills and knowledge. These will include how to practise person-centred design, how to use Agile methods to run projects and develop services, how to lead digital transformation, and how to use data in the design of services. The programme is also designed to inspire fellows by enabling them to hear from others who have led digital transformations and built digital health services. The programme will connect fellows to like-minded peers, digital transformation and digital health experts and people who can support and mentor them.

This will be supported by a programme of workshops to stimulate fellows to confidently lead digital health transformations for NHS staff and patients. It is an exciting opportunity for NHS clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, dentists, healthcare scientists, pharmacists and others, to shape and accelerate the NHS digital revolution.

Health Education England are particularly keen to share this exciting opportunity with Healthcare Scientists and are running a webinar on 23 November 16:00 – 17:00, to give an overview of the Topol Digital Fellowship and the application process. Hear from Topol Fellow and Healthcare Scientist’s Sophia Michopoulou and Anil Mistry who are currently on the programme and will talk about their experiences.  Find out more about the Topol Digital Fellowships, read application guidance and see what webinars are available on the Topol website.
