Building on the success of previous years and to celebrate the outstanding contribution of the workforce over the last 18 months, we will be presenting the ‘SCST Excellence Awards’ in recognition of contributions made to Cardiac Science by our members. We wish to acknowledge those SCST members that have gone above and beyond, and strive to excel in their practice.

There are five award categories open for public nomination —

  • Rising Star Award
  • Innovators Prize for Transformation
  • Patient Care Award of Excellence
  • Unsung Hero Award
  • The Dave Richley Award for Outstanding Education

There are also three closed awards that you or a member of your team may be eligible for. The recipients of these will be decided by the SCST council –

  • Diploma Achiever of the Year
  • Certificate Achiever of the Year
  • Foundation Achiever of the Year
  • Lifetime Achievement Award

If you wish to nominate a member of your team, or yourself, for one of these prestigious awards you can access the application form here.

Nominations should be submitted by email to comms@scst.org.uk.  Nominations will close at midnight on Sunday, 16th January 2022, so be sure to get your nominations in on time. Shortlisted finalists will be announced on Wednesday, 26th January 2022.  The awards will be presented at the National Update Meeting in February. ‘
