The Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 30th April 2020 at 6:30pm. Due to the COVID-19 situation this year’s meeting will be held in an online format. All current SCST members have been automatically pre-registered for the event and should have received an email giving details of how to access the meeting.
If you are an SCST member wishing to participate but have not received your invitation you can register for the meeting using this link. You will need to provide contact information and your SCST membership number to verify your eligibility to attend as a voting member.
At the meeting members will be able to vote to accept the Annual Report, Financial Report and to appoint an auditor.
