Call for Abstracts for the 2023 SCST National Update Meeting. This is open to members and non-members.
SCST would like to invite you to present a poster at the SCST National Update Meeting to be held on Friday, 24th November at Austin Court in Birmingham.
Suggested Topics include: (ECG, Pacing, Echocardiography, EP)
- Description of local service
- Service Evaluation
- Quality Improvement
- Original Research or audit findings
- Patient case study
- Patient education poster
Abstracts are invited for submission no later than 5pm, 30th September 2023. We will notify you of our decision by no later the last week of October 2023.
Posters will be featured in the exhibitor area on the day. A panel of judges will make an award for the best abstract on the day. All accepted abstracts will be published in the SCST Journal.

Please send as a .doc attachment.
Max 250 words in length
Word format using 12-point size Arial font.
The title should be in capital letters.
The name(s) of the author(s) must be preceded by initials only, the main presenter should be the first author.
Omit titles and degrees.
Include email address of the main presenter.
Identify centres/institutions involved.
Accepted posters should be produced in A1 portrait size for the study day (594mm x 841mm high or 23.4inchs wide by 33.1inchs high). If you have not received an email confirmation of receipt from SCST within 10 working days of submission, please re-submit abstract or contact Katie Sanders (katie.sanders4@nhs.net) or Nolan Stain (Nolan.stain@scst.org.uk)
All poster presenters need to register for the National Update Meeting.
